What's included in your build quotes?
Quotes include feasibility assessment, labor, materials, permits, insurance, landscaping, and our 2-10 HBW warranty. Excludes land acquisition and financing costs.
How long does custom home construction take?
Design and permitting typically take 6-9 months, with construction requiring 10-18 months depending on project complexity and jurisdiction requirements.
Do you offer design services?
Yes, our in-house design studio provides architectural and interior design services, including both custom plans and modifications to existing library designs.
