Just had new boiler and water heater installed. Great job, very professional, went above and beyond to make things nice and neat and went out of their way to take care of old unit and pipes. Excellent job. Got in, got it done and looks great. I am so glad I went with Blue Ox.

I really do like BlueOx compared to other propane companies I have dealt with. At one place my tanks had been leaking and they never told me. I was paying for a lot of lost fuel. BlueOx is dependable. Great office staff! This might sound strange but I actually believe that the propane the use is actually more efficient than others. I seemed to have used less over a years time. About $900. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is the process of ordering and receiving fuel.
If you order on the phone you must pay for the full amount to fill your tanks even if you do not need that much. You then are credited with the difference for next time. You can pay the driver the correct amount if you are there when they deliver. Emergency 100 gallon delivery costs about twice as it would normally for the 100 gal. You don't want to be stuck in that situation. All in all I believe this is one of the better fuel companies. They seem to treat their customers well.

I switched companies this year to Blueox and don't know why I didn't do it sooner! Excellent service all around! Easy to schedule deliveries and pay.
