Giordanos just installed our Central Air system. We received other quotes and theirs was the best price for type of equipment - Lennox. The owner was in constant communication with us through the whole process. The staff was professional and prompt. We are very happy with the results. This is a great local business. I used Giordano's Heating to replace my AC and heating unit with Lennox units. They were both old and I wanted new units. Ed and Todd came over to remove the old equipment and install the new. Their knowledge and expertise were reassuring. They took the time needed to do the job properly. Ed was responsive to any questions that I had and took the time to answer any concerns I had. Ed was informative and explained each units operation. Todds attention to detail was outstanding.
I have used Giordano"s for many years to maintain my equipment. Ed and Todd are great examples of the care and service that Giordano's Heating. offers. I highly recommend Giordano's, not only for their service, but their good prices and their great service.

These folks are Great! I have used them for years and they always respond quickly. If I have a no heat or A/C issue they come out they same day!! They are reasonably priced an service is always excellent!! They probably aren't the cheapest but they are not rip-off artists, an are very knowledgeable in what they are doing! Give this company a chance an you won't be disappointed!!!

I just moved to Fairfield, Connecticut used Giordano's for my oil to gas conversion. From the initial sales call through installation the company was top notch. Everything went so smoothly - I plan to use them for my air and heating maintenance as well. Even my crazy dog liked them.

Had a problem with my furnace that had the appearance of being a thermostat issue. Since it was due for a routine cleaning as well, I called Giordano's. Firstly, I couldn't believe they charged me a travel fee since I live right across the bridge from them. So, they came out, cleaned the unit and left. Waste of time. Still working erratically. They came back out and I kept pushing for him to check the thermostat. Nope.
He replaced the heat sensor and left. Still working erratically. They returned again. In the meantime, I talked with a friend in the biz and he told me that a heat sensor is essentially just a metal rod and should never go bad. These clowns had already replaced it TWICE. Finally, I went to Home Depot and bought a new thermostat and installed it myself. BINGO. Works beautifully! Never again will I call Giordumbo's.

We have used these guys for the almost 20 years I have been in Monroe. Every spring and fall they show up to service my AC and heating systems to make sure they are ready for the season. They do offer a service contract that reduces the yearly maintenance and then you get a 10% discount on service calls and repairs. Over the years they replaced out furnace with a high efficiency gas model and when my water heater went, they were there the same day with a new one. Their service people are great. Very professional but client friendly.

Great company! They came over same day, got the a/c up and running and charged a very fair price. Truthfully, they could have taken us for a ride and they didn't.
