I am very pleased with Heath P. who installed our newer and more efficient furnace. Heath did a top notch job while installing our new furnace. He was very competent and patient in answering all our questions. His professional knowledge is outstanding. He explained our new system valve by valve and I appreciated his thoroughness. He installed floor protection to protect our hardwood floors while taking out the old unit and bringing in the new system. I am very happy with Harris Comfort and its employees. Thank you to Steve the technician who came to our house to assist with a heater service issue today. He helped us and then an hour later when another issue arose, he came back to assist again.
