I am really not somebody who gives negative reviews. I generally try to keep it positive - but in this case, I feel it is absolutely warranted. I ordered heating oil from these guys a couple of months back. It was nearing the end of the winter months, and so I only placed the minimum order. So - when I received a bill for significantly over what I asked for, I called them to see what's up. Apparently, they "accidentally" put in more than I requested. "But" they said. "Don't worry about it. You can just pay it off as it is convenient for you".
We ordered a fill up of our propane tanks Wednesday, were told Thursday, and they didn't show up until Tuesday. Not only that but they turned them off to fill and then never bothered turning them back on. It was very cold in our house for the night and we couldn't figure out why it wasn't warm even though we could hear the furnace trying to kick on. Finally my husband went out this morning and discovered the valves were closed. Very disappointed!
This has been my propane provider for 10 years. They always have my back. Highly recommend them.
