We were on vacation last week and we came home Saturday to an empty tank. Thankfully that only meant no hot water, since we definitely don't need the heat! I ordered fuel online Saturday night then called at 6:30 am today (Monday morning) to confirm they were delivering today and would prime the tank/burner. They were here within the hour and I had hot water by 8 am. This is why I am a loyal customer -the service can't be beat! I'll remember to keep a closer eye on my oil level in the summer though so I don't run out again
I just had to share my experience with everyone because I am above impressed. I called frantically this morning with a little less than 1/8th of fuel. We are all home sick with the flu, the last thing I could do was worry about oil. Needless to say, they came and even checked my tank to make sure it was ok.
