Price changes in two months! wack you 740 dollars for 250 gallons of propane make you pre pay then they dont show up right before a snowstorm and your under 10%. Its incredible a company so big cant take care of a customer in need looks like they will be digging my tank up

Our hot water tank broke late Wednesday night. I called Propane Plus at 8:00am and they came right over. They explained our options and were very honest. Our heater was 22 years old. We had a new hot water heater by 2:00 pm same day at a very reasonable cost. Thank you so much for the fantastic service! I highly recommend Propane Plus for your propane needs. Thanks Gil and JB!

I ran out of propane and called Propane Plus to have them deliver. Emily the receptionist refused to deliver because she had not received my voucher from fuel assistance. I had no heat for 2 days with children at home ages 8 months, 5 years,and 13 years old. I called the on call service 12 times and she specifically told the technician on call not to deliver to my home. She also wanted to charge me an additional $275 on top of the propane charges which I paid out of my pocket the day I spoke to her.
At this point everything was paid in full and I still didnt get my propane delivered. I was charged for service I didnt receive. Horrible customer service!!!! On top of everything I paid over the phone I called back this morning to have them deliver and I was charged again because I am no longer qualified for auto delivery and I have to prepay. I hope Emily is happy with the service she has provided. Again if you need propane I would not recommend this company!!!!
