Called Bethany Air as my heat wasn't working. They were fantastic. A technician arrived with in 2 hours of my call within an hour of his arrival I had heat! The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He told me about their preventive Maintenance Program. I signed up on the spot. I highly recommend this company.
