Great guys! Had problems with my heater had several people look at it and were unable to fix it. Called these guys and they hit the nail on the head and at a great price too.

Our blower motor went down on our unit this summer. Another company came out and said the motor was special order with an estimated time of repair being 3 weeks. When I called Zane's, they came out nearly immediately and replaced the motor with a similar one that I elected to go with. They could've also gotten the OEM motor within 24 hours. Ed and Mike are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, provide great service, and are very reasonable. I'll use them again and refer them.

Patricia got angry, defensive and hung up when I asked for confirmation I had gotten either of the twice yearly service guaranteed on my SERVICE CONTRACT. She had no firm dates and could not explain why the Entry data and the cell number was wrong on the NEW 2016 service contract, AND it still listed my long deceased manager as the contact. I wonder if the system was ever serviced at all in 2015 if there's no record of same.
