***UPDATE*** Kool Temp came first thing this morning to fix this! They are a class act thanks to Stan! They installed our water heater and they installed the wrong parts, and it is leaking. They said they'd come today to fix. He called to say he got a flat tire. Never showed, never called, and now they are closed. Water in the basement.
