Was very pleased with the services provided by JC Heating & Cooling. My heater died on me (like dead needed a new boiler) on a Monday and I was back up with heat again by that same Wednesday with a new boiler. (Lucked out in my timing) Very professional and friendly from start to finish. Everyone was great, all the technicians: Kevin who came out initially to diagnose and confirm boiler time of death, and Al & Jack who did the installation of the new boiler.
And then also Rich, their Comfort Advisor who helped me with the estimate and purchasing process. Truly I am grateful for you being able to take care of this so quickly and thoroughly with having an A+ rating on quality of work and customer service. So thank you!

Our hot water heater went unexpectedly last week. within three hours of the first call, they were here to install a new one. the price was what we expected. the service was great. they were respectful, explained what we needed to know and so far no complaints about the installation itself. they were also very patient with my pups who feel compelled to help. thank jc heating.. and huge thank you for the super sweet thank you..
