I had Andy's Sprinkler's come out to help me install my new Rachio Flow Meter. William was a great guy, very helpful, and he informed me that my permanent sprinkler line was too big for the Flow Meter. Since he was already here, I had William check out my current sprinkler heads and system and was very impressed with how helpful he was -- including many tips and pointers that were very helpful in building my knowledge on why some areas of my lawn were not doing as well as others. Andy's Sprinkler, Drainage & Lighting came out to our house and did a wonderful job. We had a serious leak around our established live oak. They took special care to not harm the tree while repairing the leak along with repairing some sprinkler head issues and an additional leak. It was a pretty tough job but they did outstanding work and were very professional. I highly recommend them.

I was very disappointed with Andy's. They left my sprinkler system on yesterday instead of returning it back to "off" as they had found it. Seeing as though it is January, it froze last night and all of our plants have ice and frost on them. Not to mention the strain it put on the equipment and the iced over sidewalks which are a liability to pedestrians. A professional company such as this should have known better to return the settings back to how they found them given the circumstances.
