Absolutely the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Theresa in the office (the owners wife) is rude and disrespectful. She doesn't follow thru when Mike tells the customers what she will do. Appointments are set for a specific time frame (4hour window) then ignored and Theresa waits until she calls to state the tech will have our ticket dispatched next to tell you then you'll be responsible for paying $$$$$ when according to the original paperwork there was a 100% trade warranty for both parts and labor in effect at the the time of install.

I even paid extra for a 10 year service contract to have my unit serviced twice a year. They have never shown up even once or called. Oh and VA Power had a $1500 rebate at the time of install that I could not collect because Theresa lacked the integrity of completing her end of the paperwork. Even in recent phone calls with her she states my unit was installed in 2014. Nope. 2012. I have my paperwork.
