I am particular and I was very impressed with every aspect of my experience with Tuck and Howell Plumbing. They sent a technician pop the same day I called about my hot water heater not working. The technician, Hector, was very professional and friendly. He and his helper, Nate, showed respect by wearing booties over their shoes and, after looking at the hot water heater, gave me options about replacement and scheduled installation for the next day.

They communicated with me when they were on their way and worked very hard in a hot attic without a word of complaint. I feel the price was reasonable for all they did. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to others.

Great experience with Tuck & Howell - from the initial call/estimate to the installation. My HVAC system stopped working and it was determined that the HVAC needed to be replaced and the Tuck & Howell team was prompt and out to explore the issue within 2 hours of the initial call. Matthew in sales was very professional and thorough and willing to work with my budget even after receiving a couple estimates from other HVAC service provider.
