I called Bill's yesterday, when my A/C unexpectedly quit working. It was the first 90 degree day of the year. I explained I needed to leave for work by 3:00pm, and they had a technician at my house by 1:00. Technician Karl, was knowledgeable, informative, and polite. Karl made the repair and I was able to get to work 30 minutes early. Thanks again.
