Horrible, horrible experience! I had a service contract with ATC for years-my air conditioner was serviced on May 11th, however by June 4th the system went haywire; the condensation and built up over ran the container and leaked down through the ceiling and walls! When I called ATC they were not able to come out and service or correct the problems that they had caused which were numerous and documented by 2 plumbers and the air conditioning company who repaired problems. The owner is indifferent, surly and has not followed through on our agreement to return a portion of the unused service contract fee.
