We developed an issue with the condenser unit of our air conditioning system (put in by another company) - it was shutting off at random times while the air handler in the house was still running - which means no cool air coming out of the vents. Hunter Watson took our call and was at our home in less than two hours. He went above and beyond in trouble-shooting and evaluating the issue, which he correctly diagnosed and fixed.
