Cool-Breeze Air Conditioning's construction department specializes in interior build-outs, new commercial & residential construction, plan and spec work, design asisit and ductwork. Our team is lead by our chief estimator Don Gaesser who has 45 years in the construction industry. Our advanced computerized system of estimation allows us to quickly produce accurate estimates and effiectivly manage our construction projects. Work supervision and sight meetings are a must, that's why we take pride in our highly qualified staff which include; estimators, project managers, technicians, field supervisors, project and contract adminstrators.

The commercial division at Cool-Breeze offers many different services to help with your cooling needs! Retrofit/Replacement- due to either weather, age or improve efficiency, Cool-Breeze Air Conditioning has the experience to replace, upgrade and modernize your system and its components. We are able to replace either an entire building's system or a single component. Pipefitting- Our pipe fitters are experts and can work on DX, hot water, condenser water systems and chilled water systems. One of our most recent projects included the installation of a 4,200 ton cooling tower with 18" and 16" black iron pipe at a local hospital.
