TRAVERSAIR provides residential and commercial heating and Air Conditioning services, including installation, repair, humidity control, indoor air quality and maintenance, in Palm Beach and Martin County. What to Check Before Writing a Check What's your reaction when the AC goes out, especially this time of year? Most people panic a little, then pick up the phone and call their AC company to request a service call. Well, before you incur that kind of expense (and possibly embarrassment), you can check several.
TRAVERSAIR, INC. was started in 1992 by Tim Travers. Tim had worked for several air conditioning companies before recognizing an opportunity and a need for a company to provide a real service and not just sell the customer something they do not need. During this interim he became State Certified and decided to go out on his own. TRAVERSAIR strives to always do the right thing for the customer. The company has grown over the years but it's core philosophy hasn't changed, which is why many of our customers have entrusted us with their Air Conditioning needs for over 20 years.

Mr Travers has always been very professional and fast. They installed 3 different systems at 3 different locations. They were fast, clean and very efficient. I use them all the time now if I need anything to do with AC!
We were vacationing some years ago and Mr Tim Travers repaired the pool and heating system for us while we were there. Awesome work wonderful guy.
The best service of any air conditioning contractor I've ever seen. Always available 24/7, especially when your system goes down on a holiday.
Our summer storms are here, a couple of quick items to save you time, money and stress....When there are frequent lighting and power surges, your Air Conditioning systems will react in different ways. After the storm passes and if your AC is not working do the following: 1. Turn system off at thermostat. 2. Shut breaker off to both Air Handler and Condenser at electrical panel, they are each a 2 pole breaker. Wait 30 seconds and turn them back on. 3. There may be a 5 minute time delay before.
MERRY CHRISTMAS From the TRAVERSAIR Gang.
AIR CONDITIONING PROBLEMS? What to check before you write a check. Checklist Item #4 Check the switch on your indoor unit. According to code, you should have an on-off switch next to your indoor unit for safety when someone is working on the unit. Occasionally, we have found this switch to be off.
