Jeff had a vision of a better Air Conditioning & Heating company for Cape Coral and surrounding areas and Melissa for outstanding customer service. Jeff's expertise comes from almost 20 years of local experience in the industry and from managing HVAC service departments. These formative years lead to the decision to start his own HVAC company in Cape Coral. Word-of-mouth referrals spread quickly around town and customers flocked to Mr. Cool Air Conditioning & Heating right from the start.
Mr. Cool Air Conditioning & Heating provides Commercial HVAC service for small office buildings, strip malls, light commercial buildings, churches, hospitals, dentist offices and surgery centers. We can provide HVAC repair service when needed as well as emergency HVAC services after normal business hours. Also we can maintain your air conditioning and heating equipment and provide you with options when it comes to repair or replacement of HVAC equipment. We service large commercial or multi-story commercial buildings at Mr. Cools discretion.

We had the best service from our first call to the job getting done fast and efficient! David was awesome and knowledgeable about the boat and it’s airconditioning units! I can’t thank them enough I am so impressed with the job and the wonderful person David is!! This company is a 5 plus in my book!! Don’t hesitate using them I was fortunate to find them I am pretty fussy so to leave this kind of impression is a real compliment!! Ty so much again Phyllis and Calvin!! Our boat loves you too!

I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow and had to cancel today (24 hours in advance) because I ended up being called into work. When I was transferred to the scheduling department, the woman who answered the phone sarcastically said, “Hello! So we have to cancel last minute huh?” This did not sit well with me. I thought it was poor taste. I’m sorry that I work in healthcare and had to cancel one day in advance. I thought that was what the courtesy phone call was for? Regardless, Mr. Cool will not be getting my business.

When my AC broke yesterday I call them and they sent a technician out right away to look for the problem. The next day they came and fixed the problem for a good price. I’ll use them again for sure!

Awesome company! My daughter and her family just moved into their house (new to Cape Coral area) and the A/C went out on a Sunday. She called me and I looked up some companies for her to call. Mr Cool was the only company to call back (all companies that were called advertised weekend emergency service) in a timely manner. They were there 20 minutes after our call band fixed the issue! That was a year ago - 1 week before Hurricane Irma. Last week when my A/C went down - I called Mr Cool and they were there within a half hour and fixed my issue!! Great service - Great Company!

I was having issues with my a/c not keeping my house cool during summer. Jeff came out for the repair. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and timely, but they are affordable and have great customer service!!
