400 to come look, took about a hour, and a hour trip. Thats more than a lawyer. then did a 1 day job with 3 gas drops, 2 guys for 6 grand. about $400 in materials. OUTRAGEOUS, and I doubt they even have a propane license or certified employees. On my list for plumbers NOT to recommend, . and in my job, I have a list.

I called Ben Franklin and asked for someone to come out to help find a leak that my sprinkler man said was between the city line and the sprinkler line. The plumber, Michael Wallace, arrived within an hour from the time of my call. He inspected the huge hole left by the sprinkler man and explained that the problem is definitely in the sprinkler lines. He showed me that the meter was not moving and said if there is water running from the city, the meter would be moving.
He pumped a lot of water out of the hole to dry it out do the sprinkler repairman could actually repair the leaking line when it's located. And, he did not charge me since there was nothing for him to do. Great attitude, knowledgable, courteous- how lucky was I today? Thanks!,
