We had an emergency situation with a pipe breaking leading from the sump pumps to the outside during a rapidly melting snowfall and we called Donnelly's on a Saturday afternoon. Their plumber Fred was there in an hour and repaired the situation in 45 minutes at a very reasonable fee and accepted a coupon from their website to defray the costs.
