The service was excellent and the response time was amazing. I was having issues with septic overflow in which they came out and determined a clog.
No one showed for my appointment I made 3 weeks ago and never called back to reschedule. Not impressed! When I called when I got home from work telling the receptionist no one showed, she gave me attitude saying it’s not 5 o’clock yet! Still didn’t show! Using Country Septic out of North Haven! Had them before and it slipped my mind! They are bending over backwards to come out tomorrow! Just called Sanitrol back to make sure they weren’t planning to still come out .
