Installing a concrete floor is one way to isolate your home from increased mold, radon and humidity levels associated with an exposed dirt / gravel crawl space. Another more economical approach is to encapsulate your crawl space with a Crawl Space Liner. Our ComfortCrawl System consists of two unique products. The walls are treated with our specialized radiant reflective insulation which lowers energy costs and retards future mold growth. To cover the dirt / gravel floor, we install a 20 mil.

There are a number of problems associated with an exposed dirt / gravel crawl space. Common examples include increased mold, radon and humidity levels - all which contribute to an unhealthy home. Utilizing a concrete pump, we can install a new concrete surface into your crawl space, which will isolate these problems and instantaneously make your home a healthier place. As an added benefit, it creates usable space for storage. We can also replace your old, deteriorated and cracked floor with a brand new floor more suitable for future basement finishing.

Being in the basement waterproofing business for over 55 years, we have seen and tested just about every sump pump being sold today. We have found Zoeller's cast iron series of sump pumps to be the most reliable, capable and efficient pumps available on the market. Most sump pumps have an average life span of 5 to 10 years. Over a long enough period, it will fail and generally without warning. We can replace your existing sump pump - or if you house isn't equipped with one - install a brand new system complete with a sealed basin and high water alarm to alert you to any potential problems.

Foundation wall cracks can be repaired from the interior or exterior. If the basement is unfinished (no drywall or paneling) and the crack is exposed on the interior, we'll typically recommend our Epoxy / Urethane Injection Process. This is a two step process which involves sealing the crack on its inside face with an epoxy paste and injecting a urethane resin which fills the entire crack to the outside soil. If the crack is obstructed by paneling or drywall, we can address the problem from the exterior utilizing our Wall-Clay process.

Foundation Waterproofing is a general term that describes the range of services performed to fix a wet basement. We often get inquiries as to "How much does it cost to waterproof a basement?" That is the equivalent of taking your car into a dealer and asking, "How much will it cost to fix my car?" The answer is generally, "It depends on what is needed". The first step in foundation waterproofing is to identify the source of the leak in your wet basement. This can usually be accomplished by consulting with the homeowner to determine how, when, and where the problem occurs.

This is an honest company. Now a day this is very hard to find! I had boxes that had damage in my crawl space. The service tech throughly checked the crawl space and told me the truth, that I didn’t have a problem. He checked outside around my front where the boxes were. Other companies might have said I had a problem just to get a job out of it. I would recommend this company to anyone who what’s an honest answer. Get a second opinion, always, but these guys are awesome! That you Barnabas Kwon, you did a great job!

My first encounter was the gentleman that did the estaminet. He was very professional and took his time explaining every step to be done and the warranty. Then the workers were just as friendly. I am very satisfied with their work and recommend them highly

Courteous, efficient, on time, responsive and most of all fixed it right the first time. Window wells replaced on our home Sep 21

The men were very courteous, friendly & knowledgeable.!we had to have a window well shell replaced & a new cover, everything has been fine so far. Very pleased with the service & price.

Ruined our backyard back in the fall. Had them come out to waterproof our leaky basement as well as bury our sump pump hose. Salesman sold us some water reservoir that was supposed to disperse the water over the grass. Didn’t tell us, though, that it wouldn’t work for our yard due to how it is pitched. The first big rainfall of the fall came and we quickly realized how messed up they made our yard. Not only did it mess up our yard, but we were flooding our neighbors’ yards as well. We contacted US Waterproofing and our sales agent ASAP. We were told we would have to wait until the spring. We went the entire winter with that portion of our yard either flooded or frozen over. Finally, when the spring came, US Waterproofing supervisors came out to see the yard, and we were told that the workers totally messed it up and did a crap job.

They promised to come out and fix it ASAP as well as fix the yard they had now ruined. A supervisor on site was also promised. The first date didn’t work out due to the weather. They finally came out this morning and the workers had no idea what they were supposed to be doing. There was no supervisor in site. They had the wrong side of the house on the paperwork. They also noticed that JULIE was never called by US Waterproofing to mark our yard. JULIE came out and asked the workers what the job was, and they had no idea what to tell JULIE. I had to go outside and show them all what was needing to be done. I called US Waterproofing again to figure out what was going on and to get a supervisor out ASAP, and the customer service rep on the phone kept talking over me. I understand that working in customer service is extremely difficult as times, but please let the customer speak before cutting them off. It is now 2 hours since their arrival and they are starting the job, and a supervisor will “call us later”. Who knows if one will show up and who knows if our yard will be fixed as promised. This has been an absolute joke. I would not recommend US Waterproofing. Pics are from the first flooding instance in the early winter.

I have been a US Waterproofing customer for over 25 years and have had a few lower level water problems which they have solved. Even there life-time guarantee paid off on a stubborn leak. This latest one hopefully is taken care of as well. Thank you for the professional free-estimate and work. As much as I appreciate the fine service I hope I won't see them again. LOL but would highly recommend.

Professional separate teams that specialize. One guy did a great job on demo and rebuilding after completion. The guy that did the the injection, was very good conscientious and cleaned up afterward. Lastly, salesman Jose magana was honest, held to quote in spite of me having lattice and plaster repair instead of drywall. Highly recommended glad I didn’t go with permaseal

The company does a very good job explaining their services and is very professional doing the actual work. I was very impressed with how they solved my damp crawl space problem. And I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tim and Cesar are top notch. They worked long hours, were meticulous, knowledgeable and clean. They installed a new furnace and AC unit. Black Diamond and its crews are my new go to. I don’t write reviews but felt this one was warranted.
