Over the weekend my hot water tank decided to go to pot. Flooded house and garage. Such a mess. Called Parker and Sons and the plumber they sent was a very wonderful fully educated employee Shawn S. He is fantastic took time and explained everything he was doing and also made I understood the new hot tank. Thank you Shawn your awesome. Great guy.

Wow! we received terrific same day service on our new water softener and water filtration system. We got a great high quality system with terrific same day service at a reasonable price. What about your "Tech" who just tried to take serious advantage of my friend in south Phoenix on Saturday who had a leaking gasket in their toilet and the P&S tech told him his toilet was too old and that he didn't even have parts for that "model" and could only recommend he buy an entirely new toilet installed for $1,000. I would have run that POS Melvin out of my house. Disgusting company policy!
