My coils were freezing on our AC unit. I called 3H. Kyle was amazing he walked me through how to get my air going again over the phone. I ended up needing service a week later as my coils froze again, he sent Technician Sonnie within 30 minutes of my call. My coils actually needed cleaning and Sonnie took care of cleaning the coils and checked my pressure and got me back up and running within 30 minutes of arrival. These guys were great. I 10/10 recommend using 3H for your AC and heating needs!

Had to replace my AC unit and condenser and 3H AC did a great job. Not only were they really quick in coming to inspect the old unit and giving me a quote for a new one with multiple options, but they were able to install the new AC unit in less than a week. They were very professional and courteous. Our technician Sonnie was excellent and made sure everything was left in perfect working order. He also made sure everything was clean afterwards. I will continue using 3H AC for any future AC needs. I highly recommend them.

A wonderful family owned and operated business and it shows. Everyone I dealt with was amazingly kind and professional. They were up front and very clear about what they needed to fix. Cost was very fair given the repair I needed was very unusual. They have done several jobs for me and my family and will continue to utilize this great business for all of my A/C needs.

Great company, knowledgeable technicians, and competitive pricing. Purchased a new unit for a rental home from 3H a few years ago and the techs went above and beyond the scope of work I was quoted, they repaired some loose, and damaged duct work so the new unit would work efficiently.
I have 3H do an annual routine inspection on my unit at home and they're always clean, courteous, and respectful of my home, and the pricing is comparable to the other companies in the area. I would definitely recommend this company as they have been good to me.

My Mother-in-Law purchased a new air conditioner from a different company (to remain nameless) and got completely taken advantage of. Not only did they totally rip her off, but the system was installed terribly and after a year it basically no longer ran. My husband was furious when he found out how poorly she was treated so instead of going back, we contacted 3H Contracting based on a recommendation from a friend. So incredibly happy we did!
The owner (Brian) was incredibly helpful and took the time to understand what happened. He knew of the other company and sadly, knew of their deplorable business practices. Maybe it was just incredible service or that he felt bad for my MIL but they were able to get out there and fix it within a couple days. Even more fantastic, because the unit was new he was able to have the part replaced under warranty so it saved her some money too. She now has a working A/C and couldn't be happier.
On another note, I was incredibly impressed with Brian's knowledge and was amazed that he could troubleshoot over the phone without actually seeing the unit. So many vendors force an appointment without asking questions first and then force you into either paying for a service call or some ridiculous repair. It was refreshing to see a professional who actually knows his craft. If I lived in Tampa I would absolutely recommend 3H to anyone and truly appreciate the respect they gave to my MIL.
