If it is none of the above call Dunedin Refrigeration and we will come out to service your air conditioner. If there is an issue, the majority of the time we have our trucks stocked with parts to resolve your issue. Parts are available the same day or sometimes the next day. My job is to be very well verse in mechanical and electrical codes. Any time you install a new air conditioning system in your home, you are required to have a permit. A lot of companies will tell you a permit is not needed or to pull a permit as a homeowner.

We've been customers of Dunedin Refrigeration since 2004. They have the best trained HVAC technicians of any company we know. After our new AC installation in February, we noticed the upstairs of our town home was warmer than before. They immediately dispatched a technician who located a duct that had become separated in the wall. The next day, another technician was able to get into the space behind the return and climb inside the wall to fix the problem - without having to cut into the wallboard. Most companies would have just cut the wallboard, which would have made for more repair. Their extra efforts to diagnose and fix the problem were terrific. When you buy a system from them, the annual preventive maintenance agreement for a very low fee helps keep the system in great shape. We are glad we picked Dunedin Refrigeration to be our AC company.
