Service and turn around time for putting in the new unit was great! We purchased our house and our ac unit went out the day after we closed. Brett & Sons were out within an hour to diagnose the issue! We ended up having to purchase a new unit but the service couldnt have been any better! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I highly recommend them.

I have used Brett for the last three years since buying my condo. I had a new AC unit installed by them and had to have repiping done for a leak. They were very professional and got the job done in a very timely manner. The guys were great that did the work and they left my home spotless. I recommend Brett very highly. By far the most thorough and professional presentation of any of the four different AC contractors that looked at replacing my whole system including new ductwork. Devin was super knowledgeable and was very professional and polite. He was the only person who crawled the whole attic to see what potential obstacles and evaluate the whole system properly. From the original call to the office to the set appointment for inspection and quote for replacing the system the communication was excellent. Devin even came a few minutes early and called to let me know he would be early to the appointment time.
I really appreciate that they did an evaluation and asked questions and expectations before he even started the full inspection. The price point for the whole complete system replacement was higher than the competitors on the labor by a large margin. The actual system price was very competitive so if you are just replacing the equipment they are the clear choice. Excellent company who replaced my system in a different home and stood behind their warranty in the past. I will definitely recommend them to any who ask about AC contractors.

This is a nutshell Last year bought new ac unit from Brett We were promised two service visits for the first year Today, I received a call to schedule a service visit and New contract when we have not received second service Spoke to the owner, who claimed only one service visit was included with new units When sales person told me two were included Owner sites contract of which I told her I had good faith in her salesperson and did not read the contract.
Owner restates contract and inferred I was an idiot for not reading contract Owner was very augmentative during my two calls I am now contacting Attorney General and BBB This is very poor business practice. I will not recommend them!

New A/C installation done in 2015. Annual maintenance was done in January 2016 according to full warranty. But, since installation, they had to come many times for the same problem of clogged drain. I believe new installation was not done properly. Last visit in June 2016 required again and cost 286 $ for cleaning the pipe. Even if I got an annual maintenance contract, they consider warranty doesn't apply because no part was changed. I put my confidence in this company but I was wrong, I got a bad experience, I share with others and I do not recommend! When I will have the time, I will call a real expert to solve the problem.

Awesome service! I was told by another AC service that my entire AC would need to be replaced. I called Brett and they were able to fix and clean it. AC running strong thanks to Brett!
