Im very upset. I am without heat with four young children in the home and they told me they can not come out until Nov. 28th that's another month no heat. In Michigan its begining to get pretty cold. I would go somewhere else, but its an insurance claim. I have check made out to Bartholomew already. May call insurance and try to change. There's no way my babies should have to wait. Not a month! Its cold were getting sick. Smh.

I want to let the followers know that last Friday we had a water heater that I had purchased from Bartholomew go bad prematurely. Their guys were here promptly and replaced it. Fantastic customer service. You guys rock. I recommend Bartholomew to everyone.
