Updated review. After having had trouble with the technician honoring the price of the coupon we were able to have it resolved through customer service. They took the bill from $469 down to the original price of $69. I'm happy we were able to get the price resolved. Thank you to the helpful customer service representatives. The technician did a good job unclogging our kitchen sink and explained what our issue was. However, he was four hours late to the appointment. Just be aware upfront that they might try to increase the price and maybe get an agreed price before you get them to come out.

Today Donny Davis and Austen Nelson came out to my home. First of all what I loved was that when I called for an appointment for an electrical problem Neerings offered to come the very next day if I needed it. The electrical turned out to be a much bigger problem than I anticipated but Donny got it figured out and even replaced a dangerous outlet for free. Austen caught a problem with my soft water (a leak) and gave me a quote for a new one down the line.

What I liked is that he was so honest that he showed me how to by-pass the soft water system if I couldn't afford a new one right now but if the leak got bigger. Austen also fixed a faulty place on my chandelier where the bulb wasn't working. They were both friendly and capable. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
