They put their products on my sidewalk and in my grass and I am not even using their service. They were also parked, partial, on my drive. The response from their worker was vial. I do not recommend using them. I asked them to move their stuff at 11:00 and now it is 3:15 and still not moved off my property.

This was my first time working with Bell Brothers and it was a great experience. After a poor communication experience with a different company I decided to try Bell Brothers on the recommendation of a friend that formerly worked there. I was amazed, and maybe lucky, to have been squeezed in the same day. The tech, David, was great to work with and was efficient at determining the issue and fixing it, as well as getting a new thermostat installed. I'm pretty sure I was the reason for the blown fuse, but he was kind enough to not give me a hard time and assured me that it happens even for the professionals.
