If you're old enough to remember coolant changes before the age of environmental law, all I can tell you is "everything's changed". In most locales, all drained coolant must now be collected and taken to a licensed disposal facility. If the drained coolant is diluted with a garden hose, you might have 100 gallons to bring in.
