Services
Drain Cleaning
Our drain cleaning service removes blockages from 1" to 6" pipes using professional-grade equipment. We address common issues like root intrusion, grease buildup, and foreign objects while providing quarterly maintenance options. Technicians offer practical advice to prevent future clogs and maintain optimal drainage performance.
Grease Traps
We provide comprehensive grease trap maintenance for systems up to 100 gallons. Our service includes complete cleaning, hardened grease removal, and regulatory compliance reporting. Using portable equipment with 150' vacuum hose, we ensure thorough cleaning to prevent odor issues and maintain municipal code compliance.
Video Inspection
Our video inspection service uses advanced camera systems to diagnose pipe issues in 1.5" to 8" diameter lines. The equipment records diagnostic footage and locates problem areas with precision. This non-invasive method identifies cracks, root intrusion, and blockages up to 150 feet from the access point.
Water-Jetting
Water-jetting services clear stubborn blockages in 1.5" to 18" pipes using high-pressure equipment. This method effectively removes mineral deposits, grease buildup, and frozen drain obstructions. Our three specialized jetting systems handle commercial and residential applications with equal effectiveness.
Preventive Maintenance
Our preventive maintenance programs include customized service schedules for drain systems and grease traps. Options include quarterly, biannual, or annual visits tailored to each client's needs. Regular maintenance prevents emergencies, extends system lifespan, and ensures ongoing compliance with sanitation regulations.
