Our furnace had been acting up the last few weeks and over the holiday weekend it officially died on us. I called Christensen Heating and Cooling and the employee I spoke to was very rude, stating he only had one hour of sleep and was tired. We set an appointment and waited for Christensen to come- they never showed up. We went through the night without any heat.
I called Berken in the morning, explained the situation, and was so pleased to hear the employee say he would be on his way as soon as possible! He came within 20 minutes of me calling, and was very polite. He spent two hours working on the furnace and figuring out what was wrong. When he figured it out, he told me he didn't have the part but that he would go out and find one and be back. Within a half hour he was back with the part and we had heat! We won't be calling anyone other than Berken for our heating and cooling needs from now on!

Berken has always been reliable and honest. We've used their services for the past several years. They're thorough, friendly, and very helpful. We'd used them for our heater and air conditioner checkups for years, but today needed an emergency replacement of our water heater. They were on site within an hour, and found a replacement and installed it within a few hours. All on the day before Thanksgiving! To top it off, they found out that our old unit was still under warranty! Thank you so much!
