I called twice (within a week) to get Morgner to come and replace my evaporator coil, the coil works but the pan rusted and leaks water everywhere. Both times I was promised someone would get back to me, the first time I was promised a quote in an hour. No one has called back, not even a "Sorry, we're very busy and booked solid because of the current heat wave". Horrible customer service!

This organization is quality through and through. I woke this a.m. to no heat and the temp outside was 18. I called them at 6:23 and in less than 2 hours they were here and I was up and running and at work at 9:30! Thank you so much. As if that wasn't good enough.
