I had a small plumbing emergency tonight (4/11/20) that I brought on myself. I was able to get ahold of Tiger Plumbing and they promptly got back to me and were to my house within two hours on a Saturday night! Thats amazing! The dispatcher was very helpful and thoughtful of the situation! Derek the technician was awesome! He was so knowledgeable and walked me thru everything! He answered all of my questions and I learned a little about plumbing! I would recommend these guys to anyone in the twin cities area! If youre in need of superb service with that down to earth, family type feel I would go with Tiger!

I am a first time home buyer and my AC went out 3 weeks after moving in. Zach came out and fixed it within just a few hours. He knew I was busy at work and offered to text instead of calling which was thoughtful and considerate on his end. He updated me on every step and called me at the end to explain every detail, made sure I understood what he had done, why he had to do it, and assured if anything happened afterward to not hesitate to call them. Amazing Service...last year replaced our furnace and now just came to fix our AC. Both experiences had wonderful customer service. Zach was here today and explained things in detail to me so I could understand the process and what needed to be fixed and future recommendations with out any pressure. We would highly recommend for the great service, care, and cost.

BE CAREFUL! When I was getting my hot water heater installed, I believe the smashed my front door and gashed it. I sent a message asking about the gash and I was told Dustin would get back to me. It has been a week and I haven't heard from anyone, even though I followed up with another message. It is a new door and we typically use the garage service door. It is unlikely, but wanted to discuss with Dustin, that anyone put the gash in my steel door other than those carrying in the hot water heater.

Someone could have at least called to discuss, but obviously they found it best to ignore my concern about the damage to my property. Careful about signing a form that gives you 24 hrs notice about damage they caused, even though Dustin will give you verbal advice that they will discuss any damage if I notice anything for a week or so. I did mention that I did not go around and inspect for damage to my property when they were installing.

Other work they had done they did not ask me to sign such a document, only when the do damage apparently will they ask you to sign a release. That tells me Dustin knew they did the damage BUT CHOSE TO CONCEAL AND GET AWAY WITH IT!! BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS. The least they could have was to call me and discuss this with me...wouldn't you think? What kind of company would not call after causing damage. THE WORST KIND!

TPH&A is by far the best company I've worked with regarding all issues. We not only used all there services at our primary EP address but also at our 1 rental home in EP over the last 10 years. Their pricing is fair, they have always been on time and always professional from the gals answering the phones to the various services technicians. Today we had Sam out to fix a dripping utility tub faucet. Done! We've had Sam out previously and we've been happy. I have no idea what Kim B. Is talking about in her review. We have worked with them for years and never a problem!!!

Five star customer service. Most of us call for things like this when we are having a bad day. This happened to me but Tigers customer service and going above and beyond the call of duty made it so that I ended up having a good day. My stove was fixed and I saved some money. Would recommend them all day!

These guys are the best. After several installs in my rental properties, my own water heater went out and they rushed a new one to my house and had it installed the same day. Friendly, professional and fair prices. Cannot go wrong!
