Beware! They aren't an honest company! They came out for a regular yearly furnace check because we were members of their club program. They told us our heat exchange was cracked and condemned our unit. They shut it all down saying we couldn't use it, in the winter when I have two small kids. After getting bids for replacing our unit from them and several other companies, we went with someone else to replace our whole system. As the new company was replacing our system, I asked to see the crack that was in our old unit. We stood and watched the technician from our new company take it all apart to see if he could find it to show us. Guess what.there WASN'T one! Swiss Air's technician circled and wrote "crack here" on what was suppose to be the crack, BUT IT WASN'T A CRACK AT ALL! It honestly looked like someone took a pen or something and marked it to make it look like a crack. We will NEVER be using this company again! We even at one point contacted the owner of the company, who we know by the way, and he did nothing to help us. Not satisfied customers at all!
