Johnston Heating and Air Conditioning is the only HVAC repair company located within the Hot Springs Village gates. That means, when you need service on your heating and cooling systems, we can respond much quicker than those other "out of town" companies. Since we are a small, family-owned company, our overhead expenses are much less than our competition. This allows us to pass those savings on to you, our customer.

Steve Johnston began our company in 2000, installing systems into newly constructed homes for Cooper Communities Inc. After installing duct work, heat and air equipment in hundreds of Cooper Homes, we made the transition to service and new equipment installations. Today, this accounts for the majority of our business. We strive to provide the quickest, most dependable heating and air conditioning service to the Hot Springs area. Our service technicians are trustworthy, dependable and knowledgeable.

At Johnston Heating & Air Conditioning, our goal is to provide you quality service at an affordable price. We offer a Maintenance Agreement that helps us do that for you more effectively. Our Maintenance Agreement states that we agree to provide you with a complete equipment check and professional cleaning semi-annually as described below for your heating and/or air conditioning equipment during the term included. Once you have you Maintenance Agreement in place, you become a Priority Customer with our company!

Because we are the only heating and air conditioning company located inside the gates of Hot Springs Village, our response times are much faster than other companies.
