I started having Lane's come out to do annual checks and servicing last summer. We did all we could do with my very old system and finally needed a whole new system, inside and out, heating, AC and ductwork. We even had them blow insulation in our attic. They were able to come out the day after I told them our decision to change out the system. Each technician that had previously serviced us was very prompt and professional, explaining everything to me. Brittany, at the office that has handled all my calls was always friendly and helpful. Randall, the guy who did the estimate was extremely professional and friendly, gave me multiple system and price options with all the cost breakdowns, answered all my questions and came to check on the progress throughout my installation.
