Patrick came to 'restore' my heat the same day I called. Fortunately. for me, it was a fairly simple thing to fix and he tested the furnace/ thermostat several times to be sure the problem was taken care of. Patrick explained the problem, explained what he did to fix it, and made sure I understood. Very informative, very friendly. Love you guys! Happy holidays.

B&W Plumbing Heating Cooling sent out Plumber Dave to fix a toilet. We have used them in the past and Dave met the outstanding service expectation we have for B&W. He told us their cost up front and fixed the problem. This is a great company and Dave and the apprentice working with him were awesome. If anyone is looking for a great Heating, Cooling or Plumbing B&W is certainly top on our list.

Michael did an excellent job replacing the guts of our master bedroom bath toilet tank and restoring the toilet's function to like-new condition. He was here on time, he was friendly and courteous and did the job without any wasted time. We really appreciate his work. We have used the B&W Plumbing and Heating Company exclusively during the past 30 years for all our plumbing and heating/ cooling needs. Without exception we have NEVER been disappointed!
