Furnace went out and needed a new motor. Brandon came out yesterday and diagnosed this and told me the cost of the motor. Shawn came out today to install it and when i got the bill i was shocked! But in a good way as the price he quoted was the exact price i paid. No charge for labor which would be understandable with 2 trips and no charge even for tax! Both Brandon and Shawn were personable and I cant imagine a better experience in a bad situation. Thank s Sharp Long!
