Would you like to use free, clean and environmentally friendly energy found in your own yard? Geothermal systems take advantage of the earth's constant temperature approx. 55 degrees F just a few feet below the surface. A loop field is installed to couple the earth's constant temperature with your indoor unit. Water is circulated through the loop field. During the heating season, the heat pulled from the ground is transferred by your geothermal unit to your duct work or radiant system. During the cooling season, the process is reversed and the heat is pulled from your indoor air and dispensed back to the ground.
