I had SBC come out for a service call and diagnose my no air conditioning. Skip was very knowledgeable and friendly and got the situation diagnosed very quickly. I dealt with Jennifer through the office through the whole procedure. It was a home warranty job and was very inconvenient the way the warranty handled the situation. Jennifer went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of! Very professional in all aspects. Pat the service tech was very knowledgeable as well. All around good experience. Jenny was absolutely amazing to work with. I have or should I say had a home warranty. She spend most of her day trying to get them to approve a job that was covered. The warranty company wanted to reassign my claim but I refused to let them do this with Jenny working so hard today to get them to listen to her. I told her that I wanted SBC to be the one to fix this and if my home warranty wanted to fuss, I would just pay out of pocket.
