I had my annual heating system inspection done today by Brent. He did a excellent job, and he was helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. He found three issues with my system, then he explained each one of them. He gave me options to fix them. I had two of the issues fix today and he did an excellent job. What I really like was he had the parts on his truck to fix the problems, and it didn't take him a long time to complete the job. I like the fact that he called to let me know he was on his way and would be at my house in 30 minutes. Thanks again for a great job.

Pancho and Porter came out this afternoon to check our system and figure out why the humidity was not being reduced in our home with a new system. It was like a complete medical examination of the system and how we were using it. Porter checked out everything but decided he wanted a second opinion. Enter Pancho Chavez who double checked everything. They both made adjustments to the setting and adjusted the coolant level.
It is just three hours after they left and systme had gone from 78% humidity to 54% percent humidity. The recommendations they made about sealing a door have been done and we're just watching the humidity drop. Thanks, Pancho & Porter for a great job.
