My client has a Home Warranty. The warranty company sent out Calloway who were very prompt. We paid the $100 warranty call out fee. Then the charges started getting ridiculous - Patrick called the owner and they determined the repair wasn't covered by the Warranty. $105 to drain the pan, $495 to run an emergency drain line. We declined their service. I called another company and they came the next day for a total of $165.
