If your garbage disposal is not working properly, there could be a number of reasons for the malfunction. After you've tried the reset button on the garbage disposal and it does not work, you should have a plumber come take a look. Garbage disposal repair is often the result of a clog due to food or cleaning waste within your pipes themselves. Often seemingly gentle food items such as egg shells, coffee grounds, or banana peels can create garbage disposal clogs over time through the build up of tiny particles.

Just like the pipes in your home, sewer lines that connect to the city's main line require maintenance, cleaning and repair too. Our plumbers use sewer line camera inspections to identify any backups or blockages such as grease, tree roots or even broken pipes. Once we've identified the problem, our experienced team gets to work cleaning, repairing or in some cases with a sewer line replacement. In addition, it is important to find someone who offers the quality you need for the price you desire.

Tankless water heaters are growing in popularity because they can use up to 50 percent less energy than traditional models. You can imagine that the savings on your monthly utility bills would add up quickly with one of these heaters. Tankless units achieve these results by directly heating water when it is used instead of keeping a reserve of 50 or so gallons of water heated as is the case for other types. We specialize in installations and flushing as well as descaling and removing lime buildups to prevent component failures and loss of functionality.

A great group of people! Scott and Jason Lee together have grown a business where the client and employees come first. Where most people look down on their employees, Scott and Jason refer to them as "Business Partners"! Just think about the pride they must feel. Maybe that's why they go the extra mile.

Friendly reminder that could save you on Plumbing Repairs with these extremely low temperatures. Let a faucet run with the stream about a size of a pencil lead. Keep cabinet doors underneath the Kitchen and lavatory faucets open. Remove garden hoses from outside faucets and store for the Winter. Keep garage door shut along with crawl space openings, access vents ect. If your water softner or pressure switch for well water is located in your garage without any heat or insulation, a drop.
