The Grace Museum has worked with Batjer Heating and Cooling for many years. In 2017 they installed a new system in the Museum while keeping our old system running. They overcame many obstacles which allowed us to continue doing business as usually. These guys/gals are awesome! Their installers were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what they were doing and patient enough to answer our many questions. They arrived exactly when they said they would, finished the removal of the existing system and installed the new one ahead of schedule, and cleaned up when the job was completed. They didn't leave until they had checked and rechecked that everything worked as it was supposed to and they were sure that we understood the functions of the control panel. It was excellent and responsive service from start to finish.
