Legacy Heating & Air installed a new Trane system in our upstairs several months ago, and they provide a really great maintenance service on it to ensure optimum performance. Legacy is so professional! Ive had some heating (February freeze) and AC issues with our 3 year old unit. Kyle walks me through and explains the repairs. He just left my house after welding and refilling and was so respectful and kind. I like that I get reminder text messages and a message to let me know they are on their way as well as a call from Kyle to give me a perfect eta! HIGHLY recommend Legacy! Thanks Kyle!!!!!

Today I had Kyle from Legacy come clean a really dirty motor. Ive had the pleasure of having him being our tech. Hes always punctual, respectful, does his job quickly and efficiently. Ive never had a problem with any of the work he has done on our house. I would highly recommend this company!!

My AC suddenly went out as it seems there is never a convenient time in ones schedule for this. I called for an appointment they were there the very next morning. Mike Aleman was extremely personable and professional. He went the extra mile to discover I had extended warranty on my unit. Unfortunately for me due our current situation of not being able to obtain any parts for 3 months on some things in our country. Im still working on my issue. He was extremely helpful and honest. I left my house open due to a very important appointment I had. He did his assessments and locked up my home when he was done. Will use them again

Kyle and Marcus, did the install and were both very professional and did a good job. The new system is keeping the house very comfortable and we dont hear it turn on or off, like the old system. Very quite. We did have an issue, the system did not seem to be turning off for some reason. Mike came out and checked it out and since then, it has been working great.

The technician was nice and knowledgeable. Our home is new and AC is under warranty with another company but they said the part isnt available and had to order the part (who knows when the part is coming in), but I called Legacy and they took action and will get the part installed ASAP. Yes I definitely recommend Legacy and will continue to use them. Its to hot not to have AC in Texas.
