I have wasted over $500 in this store on inadequate supplies and poor quality equipment. The vacuum I purchased died the 3rd time I used it. The sales associates will say anything to make a buck. They have no expertise and very poor customer service. I was sold two frog systems that were not rated for my size pool under their "advice" multiple refills and other chemicals to "correct" my problem. Frog corporate told me themselves that their frogs were not rated for a pool my size and not approved for use in multiples. I just left there inquiring about a sand pump and filtration system. After I told the associate my issue, he still strongly recommended that I buy the system that rated 3000 gallons under my pools capacity. Rather than throw another $250 away, I walked out. I will buy online! And that's a shame because I really like to keep my money local.
