I have used Pacific Aire for many years now and all the technicians are extremely nice and very qualified. But Bobby was a notch above the rest. He was early, extremely nice, VERY knowledgable about my older equipment, (which is not always the case) and made all his recommendations but didn't offer the high pressure of a salesman. Left the units spotless along with the surrounding areas. If you want the best of the best, I strongly recommend requesting Bobby.

Val was able to service my furnace and recommended a few things needed to maintain the equipment. I like that the cost of the maintenance repairs was not exaggerate expensive, something I could afford.

Ryan Peck did a yearly inspection for the heating and air conditioning units in my house. He spent over 3 hours making sure the units were in top working condition. He was extremely efficient in dealing with their functioning. On one occasion, he even called the manufacturer of the units to confirm the settings. Ryan deserves top rating for his work
